Our Journey

We started this venture in 2016 when our passion for shrimp genetics and breeding developed. We could not find good quality info available on how to breed shrimp and how to keep plants successfully. So we became the solution to our problem and created a YouTube channel and a Aquatic Pet Shop and Aquarium Store. The support from friends in the hobby is what got us here today.

We proceeded to open a physical store in Bloemfontein in 2019. It grew tremendously. In 2022, we then decided to move the store to a bigger city, Cape Town. The support from Cape Town and all over the country has been amazing! Currently we have one of the best reputable aquarium stores in South Africa. Even our online clients in Pretoria and Johannesburg agree that we are the top rated Aquatic Pet Shop and Aquarium Store.
