Ingredients:
Amino acids. Polysaccarides. Xylanase. Glucanase. Amylase. Protease. Hemicellulase. Bacillus subtilis. Pediococcus acidilactici (Lactobacillus).
Feeding recommendation:
During first use, add only half the dosage during the first week

McMerwe’s comment: First of all, Bacter AE is available in a 35g or 70g container. You can sprinkle the powder directly in your aquarium with the provided measuring spoon, neatly placed in its own space between the powder and the lid. In other words, you will never loose your spoon in the powder nor will you forget where you placed it. The measuring spoon is also the perfect size for the right amount of feeding. We are using Bacter AE in all our tanks because it is the best biofilm builder on the market. Biofilm is what babies and adult shrimp feed on. The lack of biofilm in new tanks is one of the main reasons for dead shrimp. Nevertheless, Bacter AE helps to increase the survival rate of the shrimp. However, it is important to note that Bacter AE is a supplementary food and not a complete food like Shrimp King Complete or GlasGarten Dinner Pads. [Rating 5/5]
