Naked rasbora or Sawbwa resplendens
Naked rasbora or Sawbwa resplendens are one of the smallest nano fish. Coming in at 3.5 cm as an adult. As they grow older the colour starts developing to a translucent blue. They are very peaceful. Also, they will add some colour to your tank without looking unnatural. You can feed them Hikari Micro Pellets or Dennerle Complete Gourmet Menu.
